Innermost Consulting was formed as a response to clients who wanted highly tailored and focused solutions to business issues… delivered by fellow humans.
We seek to provide exactly the right number of people, who have exactly the right skills, to focus on exactly the issue you need to deal with.
We understand that our clients don’t want consultants crawling all over them with little discernible benefit.
We believe that clients want to drive change, rather than have it done to them by consultants. Therefore, we believe forming (hard-)working relationships across the business is more productive and preferable to imposing solutions on an organisation that is likely to revert to old ways when we leave.

Our approach
All of us have ‘big consultancy’ or blue chip backgrounds. We’ve come together because we felt there was a better way.
We take our work and our clients seriously. We try not to take ourselves quite so seriously.
